On "ON", Andrew Robson's regular trio with acoustic bassist STEVE ELPHICK & drummer HAMISH STUART becomes a quartet with pianist ALISTER SPENCE. We're particularly pleased that Andrew Robson's new album is on ABCJazz. It's available from all ABC shops. The sheer beauty of Robson's alto saxophone tone & phrasing is unmistakable. He plays the soprano very nicely, too. Andrew & friends have many other strengths - not least, their open musical minds.
