As a saxophonist for sixty years who has played in most every kind of group imaginable, I am always interested when a new group comes along. The Berlage Saxophone Quartet is the best or up among 'em. Four young people from the Netherlands - a brother on soprano and sister on tenor, plus a young man on alto and - what can I say about the young lady who plays bari, except that she dances with her instrument. One can see YouTube videos of them. All four are conservatory trained and have an outstanding technique, tone, and blend. Highly recommended!
