Dreamy and Enchanting in some places, High-Powered and danceable in others, awesome all around.
A rare gem where Robin Scott (better known as M, of "Pop Muzik" fame) partners his pipes with Sakamoto's exotic and lush instrumentation. The whole recording is excellent, hard to choose a favorite tune from it, but standouts include the dreamy, romantic "The Arrangement" and the ethereal "Once In A Lifetime." Highly recommended and worth every penny. If you can get your mitts on this rare treasure, grab it!

I see clearly now and never fear I will be waiting for you.” The Arrangement is a convoluted baroque pop album full of extravagant oriental motifs. The melodies are pretty strange and unusual but everything is very harmonious and the album is quite agreeable.
