Alexander Johansson & Mattias Fridell - Knaster Fran Arkivet (2021)

"The music from "Knaster Fran Arkivet" ("Crackles from the archive") were created between 2000 - 2003, with no coherent connection. They were all created at different times during that period.
The title of the release alluding to the music containIng much crackling, clicks and lo-fi sounds, and was reached for deep in our musical archives.

It's unambiguously a collection of old experimental tracks that we thought had a lot of charm, quirks and innocence.
Some of the tracks have stories behind them and all of them are important memories.
A few were created acting as "break" periods from making Techno while others were intensely constructed and molded with no real intention or objective behind them. All of them are experiments from our younger days.
I've always stored as much music as possible during my years of creating, and far from all of it was meant to be released, however, since we never made this type of release it made a lot of sense to try now with Fallen Metropolis."
