Orange Sockets offers great exploration prospects, the orchestral dimension of the accordion allows many harmonic possibilities, the contralto clarinet offers new rarely used tones and abyssal dives into registers unknown to the clarinet. The drums augmented by percussions are played in particularly fine nuances with the use of particular materials (Chinese chopsticks, wooden brushes, reeds, and new cymbals enrich the soundscape). The orchestral combination offers beautiful areas of exploration with a wide dynamic palette. Recording using digital microphone technology allows this palette to be well reproduced.
