Biography:
CHEMICAL WAVES: screaming guitars on dark electronic carpets: a sound with post-punk, darkwave and coldwave echoes, so deep and intense in decadent atmospheres. Dark hues in a dark landscapes: intense emotions, sometimes warm and sometimes glacial. It’s a solo project of Marco Cattani, member of HALO EFFECT (www.facebook.com/haloeffectband) and THE MARK (www.facebook.com/themark2015/), in collaborations with many great international artists.

CHEMICAL WAVES – STORIES FROM THE WORLD BEFORE:
In our world there is a before and after everything that marks a clear boundary between what we were before and what we are now. How were we before? How are we today? Written shortly after the latest releases and composed in part during the recent period of isolation, this album is a collection of stories and emotions from the days when the world faced what would be its next dark fate. As an omen, twelve incredible new songs unfold that drag the listener on a fascinating, dark and unpredictable journey. A fragment of the world from before where the suffering, the inner ghosts and fears of each of the performers tear their bowels and reveal themselves without filters, song after song, placing their anxieties on carefully constructed notes.
A complete work to be listened to at a fast pace from start to finish, with bated breath: a perfect story, which shows us that human frailty that will be swallowed up by fear and by the events of today's new world. At the end of the journey we will ask ourselves: are we so different from before?
