Ronald Tolson II - Legacy Jazz Series, Vol. 2: Dr. Ronald Tolson I (2021)

The second in a series of jazz albums, this collection features pieces inspired directly from the life of Dr. Ronald Tolson I, Tolson's late father. Each piece is meant to honor his father- a successful dentist, businessman, professor and lifelong scholar who passed in 2019. Ronald, aka R.J. Tolson as he is more famously known, created this jazz series as a way to continue to further the legacies of those close to him and honor them as well. This second album delivers 13 tracks produced by R.J. Tolson, with smooth jazz, flamenco guitar, gypsy swing, and contemporary jazz tracks. The physical CD edition features each high quality track, as well as artwork and notes from the composer.
