Isbells - Isbells (2009)

Listen to the sample of the first song and you'll know whether you'll love it. This is a quiet and almost-too-beautiful album that hasn't received nearly the attention it deserves. (Seriously, if you are not up for quiet and slightly sappy-sounding music, you won't be into this. If you are, it's incredible.) Case in point is that the artist didn't manage to get it on Amazon until well after it was released. I don't know when this album was actually released (originally first in Belgium so far as I can tell), but I got it in summer 2010, and have been listening to it often ever since, probably more than any other album in that time span.
