Naturally, this is a more difficult task and few ordinary artists who are successful in the less demanding field of rhythm and blues even think of moving into the more grueling area of popular singing.
But Jerry Butler is not now, nor has he ever been, an “ordinary” artist. He is first, an extraordinary man and second, an extraordinary talent.
