it's already mnemonic's 12th full-length album and this time it's simply entitled 'mnemonik'. michael belletz goes back to his roots and brings forth his own modern/retro vibe and showcases his affinity with pure vintage electronics. it sometimes feels like an ode to the pioneers of electronic music, but it never loses sight of the here and now.

delicate modular synth sequences are tear up the crystal clear song structures of dry snares, fine bleeps and rich creamy melodies. it’s an exercise in intelligent writing, revealing restless analogue sounds and beautiful harmonies. the absence of continuous repetition helps the catchiness, complexity and attention to detail. it's sophisticated music, which can be considered as a unique sonic experience.
