This album is upsampled, very little content about 17kHz and higher. Rubbish content at 80kHz at 85db down.

The 96/24 album (https://www.isrbx.net/3137610256-skeeter-davis-what-does-it-take-to-keep-a-man-like-you-satisfied-2017-hi-res.html) is no better, it's also upsampled. At least it registers to 48kHz in spec (which is right for a 96 file).

Best advice is to convert to the 96 FLAC WAV and re-sample to redbook or 48 to skip the difficult redbook filter around 22kHz.
