Célia Forestier - Komorebi - Go. (2021)

Célia Forestier imagined “Komorebi” as luminous music, imbued with freedom and poetry. Centered on chiseled string arrangements and telluric drums, the group forms a veritable setting for the voice.

The 5et borrows its sounds from jazz, but also from chamber music, pop and improvised music. It offers a strong identity, rich and simple at the same time, intimate but powerful, organic and figurative.

A multifaceted music in search of climates through associations of timbres, rhythmic and harmonic breaks and collective improvisations.
