The thump of the bass drum, the erratic wash of noises: Of course Mono No Aware will not stray from the core elements of his sound. But for “Shinshoo” he renounces his preference for the extreme, just slightly suggests his newfound interest in more technoid structures and does entirely without other artists’ remix efforts.
