Franck Ash is a French guitar virtuoso and gifted soul / blues / funk singer, a fan favorite. He played in the band Luther Allison and former Screamin 'band leader Jay Hawkins. At a very young age, Franck became acquainted with blues and jazz, became interested in the work of B. B. King and many other American bluesmen, and at the age of 12 was already a virtuoso guitarist. In the early 80s, he moved to the United States. After several appearances at the Harlem Festival, Franck got the opportunity to play in the leading blues clubs in New York, and in 1985 he was invited to play as an opening act for one of the leading American bluesmen - Luther Allison, two years later he became a full member of his group. Franck's debut album "This Must Be Love" in 1998 received high praise from critics and the French Academy of Jazz award. As a result, he received the Euroblues award as the best European performer in 2000.
