1995 by CARLO VAN PUTTEN (THE CONVENT, DEAD GUITARS) and the four years later aDRIAN BORLAND (THE SOUND), who died prematurely, the Formation WHITE ROSE TRANSMISSION with up to now five released longplayers to hip representatives of the European Indie-/Wave scene. What is not surprising were but top-class musicians* like AMANDA PALMER (DRESDEN DOLLS), MARTY WILSON-PIPER (THE CHURCH, ALL ABOUT EVE), MARK BURGESS (THE CHAMELEONS) or FRANK WEYZIG (CLAN OF XYMOX) participated in the band project. Up to date - besides Mastermind VAN PUTTEN - with KURT SCHMIDT (TWELVE DRUMMERS DRUMMING) and ROBERT SMEEKES and THOMAS MARCIN from the Dutch band AESTRID new the formation now presents with "Happiness At Last" finally a new album with a Studio album

The highly successful result is twelve melancholically infected and acoustically intimate held songs that provide the perfect soundtrack for the dark season. In the center of the musical action and provided with airy arrangements, is the softly charismatic singing of CARLO VAN PUTTEN, who is the refined sparingly instrumented compositions - including a new version of the band classic "Winning", (from their 1999 album "Presence") - which gives a special flair.
