Paul Jove - Liberatus (2020)

"Liberatus" is a dedication album to Paul Jove's father, most of it was composed during the last 3 years of his father's life. This marks his 2nd full length and we have reserved a special spot in the catalogue as San Pedro Music's first release (which was left blank on purpose for a day like this) was never released.

Some songs were also intended for a documentary that a dear friend/colleague, Robinson Hette, was producing at the time but due to some things in life it never went through and the music remained. Paired up w/tunes that fit perfectly to a textural journey of depth, sentiments, heart, space, light and a story within each song, this LP sees the growth and healthy harmony between acoustic and electronic sounds meshing into personal journeys. A huge thanks to Juan Romero Martinez for his patience in the hours of work in the many mix down versions, shuffling, taking out-adding, which adds to the character of this work that finally sees the light of day.
