John is thrilled to celebrate - at long last - his debut CD "It's All Right With Me." The trio of Los Angeles-based musicians with whom he recorded the album are: Jeff Colella - musical director / keyboards; Randy Landas - bass; and Rod Harbour - drums.
Originally from Arlington, VA, John has worked as a singer in Los Angeles at such venues as the Cinegrill, The Horn (Santa Monica), Bernie's (Westwood), and On Broadway (Santa Monica). He also performed a few years back, with many original members of the band, in "The Glenn Miller Band Reunion" on PBS.
In addition to singing, John has concentrated on a career as an actor. He recently completed a co-star role on the hit Fox sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle." His short comedy for AFI, entitled "Hardcore Action News," has won numerous awards on the film festival circuit this year. The previous year he had a leading role in the independent feature "Back to the Beginning." He has had numerous featured roles in films such as "The Natural," "Stitches," and "10 to Midnight," as well as in series TV, MOWs, and commercials. He has appeared in Equity Waiver theater in Los Angeles in such plays as "Oscar Wilde's Wife," at the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, and "Life on the Line," at the Victory Theatre.
