DRIFT was never just about the weekly audio/visual releases, or the bits in between. It was always meant to a state of mind and a restless spirit of exploration. It was a spirit that extended into Underworld’s last live shows before lockdown.

At each of those gigs, Rick Smith opened proceedings by deconstructing, rebuilding, layering, stretching and squashing DRIFT sounds into one slowly building, utterly mesmerising whole.

Recorded at the Ziggodome in Amsterdam on November 23rd 2019, this is not an Underworld concert as you know it. This is a live DRIFT. DRIFT alive, even.
