Elen - her German language debut sets new standards in the pop landscape

Many people know their hit single "Liegen Ist Frieden", which shot up to number 2 in the German iTunes charts overnight. All the more pleasing that Elen is not resting on this success, but has created something that can only be found sparsely in today's streaming age: a whole album where every song has it all

Her special and powerful voice stands in stark contrast to the sensitivity of her lyrics. She points out without ever raising her index finger and does not take herself out of it. Sometimes her themes are so vulnerable and hopeless ("Hello", "5 meter walls") that you just want to embrace them. But the next moment she is strong and stands up for herself ("In Flames", "Becoming Good", "Happy End")
