so great! can't understand why Sade's albums aren't re-released in highres - she always offered stunning sound...

One possible cause is the location of the good master tape or a direct copy of them. Each subsequent remastering has been a botch on CD others disagree (https://www.gearslutz.com/board/mastering-forum/468651-sade-cds-should-i-buy.html)

Maybe one day the master tapes can be found. Perhaps find vinyl 1st run and digitise from there.
