The Dutch band from Haarlem, created in 1967 by vocalist / bassist Tom Huissen, who previously lived in London, where he became friends with Peter Green and witnessed the first rehearsals of Fleetwood Mac. Upon returning to his native Holland, Tom began to form a blues band modeled on the Fleetwood Mac. The concerts of the new group called "John The Revelator" (John the Theologian) were held in Holland and Europe. In 1970, they won the prestigious jazz competition, and the Decca label offered them a contract. The result was the legendary Wild Blues album. The album was recorded at the Phonogram studio; produced the album Tony Vos, which worked with Cuby Blizzards, Ekseption, and the Oscar Benton Blues Band. Only a few days were given for the recording, and the compositions were recorded practically without overlays. The group is still active, although they have very few released albums.
