Stefano Coppari - Scar Let (2020)

Stefano Coppari and his band, in addition to skillfully playing with instruments, also like to play with words. And this is certainly a dowry, since the great jugglers of words, from Raymond Queneau to Georges Perec, have always been pupils a little discreet and unruly and would have needed a severe teacher, for example Ludwig Wittgenstein, but they have always been also so funny. The title of the last effort of this good guitarist leaves little (or much), room for doubt: Scar Let. After the enigmatic and disturbing title, we continue with Alt Her Hego, Heartbeat. So "let us heal" from this record, less disturbing in sounds, than it is in the title track.
