Et de trois pour les Maccabees ! Le combo londonien affine ici son rock patchwork faisant aussi bien écho à Radiohead qu’à (surtout) Coldplay. Ecriture plus maîtrisée, instrumentarium riche, mélodies alternant le planant et le punchy, Given To The Wild est bien plus dense qu’une simple écoute à la va vite pourrait le laisser présager de prime abord. Avec un tel disque, les Maccabees pourraient bien entrer (enfin) dans la cour des grands.
