Stop posting files advertised as 'flac' when they've been ripped at 128kbps - rubbish quality.

I thoroughly and very carefully checked the quality with professional software.
I have to admit, that the true music content is much below CD Audio quality.

When software says a file has a bit rate of 128 kbps, that's just a guess based on the spectrum. Old recordings, and this one qualifies as "historical", often have a limited frequency response, especially if they've been filtered a bit. I still prefer to have the original PCM files, even if CD quality is not strictly necessary for these old recordings.
