Birdsongs in Silence is a re-release of the first project recorded by Prima Facie. it celebrates the life of composers Beth Wiseman and Geoffrey Poole.

Beth died in 2007 after a long struggle with cancer; here we can remember her in her vivid yet reticent compositions. There are also compositions by her husband Geoffrey Poole. Prima Facie are in the process of recording a double-CD set of piano music by Geoffrey Poole.
