Oliver Doerell
Doerell's compositions are based on “field recordings”, electronic noise loops and rhythmic fragments. Abstract electronic sounds also meet acoustic instruments. Self-made instruments, a bass Kalimba and a rubber band drum, take on a significant role in the creation process. An atmospherically dense music, temporal images from digital textures, basses and percussion and noisy shards of memory.
