One of Finland‘s leading jazz pianists Joonas Haavisto with his trio will release their third album on 8th of January. Publish via Fredriksson Music „oku“ is an airy combination of Scandinavian freshness, stylish straightforward pianism, as well as the band's own, strong sound.
Joonas Haavisto Trio's third album, the theme of 'oku' to describe the path which the band members have come together during the ten years of the call. The shape of a traditional jazz trio configuration has found over the years a dynamic and self-confident of their own voice, which belongs to every experience stylistically different configurations Finnish jazz scene. The drums are heard personal inventive playing style known Joonas Riippaa.
