Meta - Incurve Life (2019)

Messaoud Kheniche aka Meta, percussionist and singer, invokes the power of art and probe the demiurgic part of humanity. He gives his voice to the syncopated dance of a jazz musical ensemble (double bass, guitar, piano, drums, saxophone) accompanied by a string quartet. And in a chiaroscuro imbued with mystery, while panting flights evoke the opaque and oppressive fog that envelops us, other melodies arise, like so many therapeutic lullabies, viatiques for eternity.

Unobstructed by any formal constraint, the music of Meta invents a story, according to a random course that makes its course in life ... It is thus suspended over the narrative voice of Meta that this lyrical music, dreamlike, chants in a litany, in an ultra-sensitive tessitura, the passage of time, change, evolution without limit and the hope of a rebirth.
