Stray - On The Top Of The World (2005)

Rock band of the 70s. Despite their fairly high-quality work, the Stray group was never able to break through to the cutting edge of the rock scene, and journalists called it a poor relative of Status Quo. On the other hand, in the late 60s, her musicians already had their own lighting, pyrotechnics and vehicles, while others barely scraped into instruments. In America, Stray played with "Spirit" and "Canned Heat", and at home they opened prestigious concerts "Kiss" and "Rush". Despite the rather warm reception of the public, the financial situation of the group was deplorable. Chronic lack of money, poor management and a wave of punk in 1977 led to the collapse of the team. Stray revived after 20 years, recording a full-fledged studio album "New Dawn". The album was stuffed with muscular blues-boogie-hard. In the same vein, two full-length films of the zero period “10” and “Valhalla” were made. The group is active at concert venues and in the third millennium, however, its composition now often changes. This collection includes two Stray 2001 albums - 10 and 2002 - Live: In Yer Face!
