Janine Diaz Whitt - Evolution (2019)

Janine Diaz Whitt is a singer/songwriter from Clementon, NJ. Drawing inspiration from many different types of music and having sung in many cover bands since 2008, Janine's ability to embody different musical styles has become her signature trait, which has carried over into her writing. Her 2019 debut album "Evolution" reflects exactly that and delivers personal messages rooted in her own experiences. The lyrics and emotion behind the words drive the musical choices for each song, with the intent of transporting the listener to the state of mind in which each song was originally written.

Janine Diaz Whitt is also a Cuban American, originally from Tampa, Florida. She loves Spanish music like salsa, reggaeton and Latin jazz, and was inspired to record her original song "I Will Carry You" in English and Spanish. The Spanish version, "Yo Te Sostendre" is track 10 on her 2019 album "Evolution".
