Gianni Mimmo - Live at L'horloge (2019)

A sophisticated calmness and a gently floating passion seem to inhabit the enchanting world of Yoko Miura. Simple sound cells find their narrative threads crossing an emotional and perfectly balanced soundscape. Yoko’s compositional attitude gets deep in touch with the magic percussions of Thierry Waziniak whose fantasy and absolutely original touch color the music with a NŌ Theater assertiveness and with the lyrical abstract soprano saxophone lines by Gianni Mimmo.

A beautiful meditative and balanced concert taken live at L’Horloge in Tracy Le Mont, France during the November 2108 French tour of this “sui generis” trio.
