T-Roosters - The Sunny Wine Session (2019)

The Sunny Wine Session, the new T-Roosters' job, is a dark blues potion cooked in the spring sun, with a bottle of wine always available, the texts scattered on the table and the guitars among the skilled hands of Tiziano Galli, but with feet ideally immersed in the waters of the Mississippi Bayou, where fat alligators doze waiting for the right moment to look for prey. The thirteen songs of the Cd, all composed by Tiziano Galli and Paolo Cagnoni, tell current stories as is typical of the blues, and tell of past loves and of an increasingly confused world, but also of hopes and dreams that never die. Echoes of swamp, intense forays into the New Orleans land and in the Golden Age of Chicago are filtered by the originality of writing, which characterizes the path of a band grown over the years to develop a personal and immediately recognizable language. The voice of Tiziano Galli, dark and spicy, perfectly emphasizes the "black" color of this work.
