Marina Lledó - Estando Sola (2019)

The young singer and composer publishes in 2015 her first album "Noche Rara" (edited by Youkali). An exquisite premiere marked by the essence of Jazz and the powerful influence of Brazilian music. This album won the award for best album in World Music category by "The Association of German Record Critics Awards"

His talented debut has allowed him to rub shoulders with recordings and national and international stages with first figures such as David Murray at the 2014 Mallorca Jazz Festival, Jayme Marques, Pavel Urquiza, with his own father Arturo Lledó, with whom he performed at the International Festival of Jazz from Cape Town (South Africa) and guitarist Hans Mathisen at the International Jazz Festival of FjordJazz 2015 (Sandenfjord, Norway).

Recently Marina participated in the Jazz Trollfjord cruise in Norway with Pepe Rivero, she has recorded in the new and first album of Reinier Elizarde, she has premiered the Jazz Festival of Covarrubias, in the Jazz Festival of Santa Clara (Cuba) and has been guest of maestro Paquito de Rivera at the Festival de Jazz de L estartit (2018).

Currently Marina has just composed and performed the music for voice and kalimba of the documentary "Entre los hilos" by filmmaker Lucía Valverde, which will be premiered at La Haba Film Festival in December 2018.

In 2018, supported by the Sgae (Aids to the composition of popular music) Marina returns with a more personal and innovative musical proposal. Rhythms and experimental melodies that Marina has just recorded with Cezanne Producciones (Javier Monteverde), accompanied by great musicians, Reinier Elizarde, "El Negron" on double bass, Georvis Pico on drums, Pepe Rivero on piano and guests (Ariel Bringuez, Maureen Choi , Sebastían Merlín and Arturo Lledó).

Fusions between contemporary and Latin Jazz, Marina premieres her new compositions with great skill and sensitivity that speak of new times, strong changes and tides of feelings.
