Life seems complicated, but it's not. We complicate our own lives. We create chaos from order. We entangle things by continually worsening them, simply because we don't understand what life is or how it works.
The first thing we must understand is that life is as simple as light and darkness. And when I say light, I'm not speaking metaphorically. Nor do I use the word obscure in an allegorical way. There are only two things in this world: light and darkness. Life seems complicated because the darkness has an almost infinite variety of tonalities and the light appears in countless colors. However, in the heart of everything that exists, you find darkness or light.
