Many thanks for taking the effort to share all the beautiful music with us during 2018 - it is very much appreciated.

However there is a tendency in various blogs to offer higher bit rate files (29-96, HiRes, DSD, SACD and such like), which I will generally "down-convert" to 320 kbps - which to my old well exercised ears is an excellent compromise between sound quality and memory space (ie. more space for more music).

You have introduced me to much music that hitherto I was unaware existed - thank you.

Festive greetings and best wishes to you and your family for 2019.

Cheers.

NB now "down-converted" - seems perfectly acceptable to my ears. Thank you.
