Gísli Gissurarson, who is an Icelander as the name suggests and Gordon Kidd, who is a Canadian met in Iceland in the spring of 1973 and began to play together - and negotiate together, Gísli songs and Gordon texts. Then they went to Denmark where they met two Canadians, Judy Niblock and Len Davidson. Founded a band they gave the name Geysir. This band appeared in several Western Western countries in the summer of 1973 unz she left them in the fall, but before the band released a small album and recorded other big ones, then, who are here on the move. The recording took place in Stuttgart, Germany.
Gísli plays solo guitar and sings, Gordon on guitar and sings, Judy on whistle and sings and Len on bass and drums. German string musicians assist in one song.
The band itself stood for the recording and looked after it, but then invited her SG records to release. Although SG records did not, until now, publish English-language albums for sale in Iceland, an exception was made this time. Here is the well-made English text, and the other thing is that the good songs of Gísli certainly have a message to those who make music of this kind change something of importance. They take a more firm grip on what you hear them more often. (google)
