Radio 1 DJ Peterson may have a nerve putting his name to music that is not his, but this second foray into Havana’s dizzying musical diversity is still a great listen. Jazz, hip hop and deep Afro-Cuban elements adhere in elastic alliances that make the most adventurous Western pop sound uptight. The second CD has a tougher but still delightfully skittish edge.
