By the time the second album was recorded, the drummer changed again. Eddie McKenna (ex- “Dream Police”) came instead of Wullie Monro, who later recalled: “By June 1972, Tear Gas was in a very poor condition. All the money earned by the group was spent on equipment, equipment, gasoline, transportation and hotels. Each week's budget did not exceed £ 8 per week. Without a doubt, if we had not met Alex Harvey, the group would soon cease to exist. ” The team teamed up with Harvey in August 1972 and became known as The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. They signed a contract with Phonogram and released their debut “Framed” in just 5 days.
