The only longplay group from New York. Mike Brown is a former keyboard player for The Left Banke, the other four performing together before the group, known as The Whirlpool. The album was recorded in New York's Allegro Sound Studios in 1968, and was released in January 1969 via Laurie Records. After the dissolution of the group, Mike Brown continued his career with Stories and The Beckies.
