This site is of a multifaceted personality, who has been in the service of Indian Music for the past fifty years. He has been actively involved to serve the Indian Music especially Indian classical Music. He has countless musical projects to his credit. In recognition to his services to music he has been awarded Top Class by the All India Radio only recently.
Apart from being an excellent Sitarist, Composer and Conductor he has developed a special taste in what he has inherited from his father i.e. writing. He has written many operas, features and plays. A play written by him on the prevailing condition of Indian Music has been awarded by the Sahitya Kala Parishad. This play ‘Raag-Droh’ was later staged in Shri Ram Centre, New Delhi
