Born in 1973 as a trio, formed by Jane Sorrenti who had not yet changed the name in Jenny (voice), Toni Verde (guitar, bass, vocals) and Robert Fix (sax), focused on the beautiful female voice of Jane, also author of texts.
The first album Saint Just, which also includes his brother Alan Sorrenti, percussionist Tony Esposito, Mario D'Amora on keyboards and Gianni Guarracino on electric guitar, is an interesting experiment of progressive rock with classical influences and popular music
The following year Robert Fix leaves the group and joins Tony Esposito; enter Tito Rinesi (guitar, vocals), Andrea Faccenda (guitar, keyboards) and Fulvio Maras (drums, percussions). The album that derives from it, in which Vince Tempera also participates as an instrumentalist, is La casa del lago, the second and last LP of the group that will soon melt.
Jenny Sorrenti has reconstituted the group, albeit with a different formation compared to the previous ones. This group published in 2011 in the name of Saint Just Again the LP Prog Explosion, from the peculiarity of having been published only on vinyl at 33 rpm.(google)
