Jimmy Barnatán's new album, entitled 'Jefe', will be released this coming June. It is the sixth musical work of the Cantabrian actor and singer, also known for some of his roles on television, and the fourth album with 'The Cocooners', the band composed of Ángel Camacho, Sergio González and Rubén Rodríguez. These songs make up the original soundtrack of the film 'Jefe', which has been presented at the Malaga Film Festival and will hit theaters this summer.
The funny tone of the film, directed by Sergio Barrejón and starring Juana Acosta and Luis Callejo, has allowed the group to mix their usual style, the blues, with sounds from other genres such as rock or funk.
