Kaempfert's third and fourth albums are paired together on one CD, in excellent sound and with good chart, recording, and release information on each track, though no notes to speak of. One album's music slides effortlessly into the other's and the transition is largely indistinguishable, but none of the music is undistinguished. This is highly polished, moderately inventive, and very enjoyable instrumental pop music, strangely enough generated from the baton of a man who, at just about the same time these tracks were recorded, was busy auditioning the Beatles in Hamburg, Germany, and signing them to their first recording contract. -- Bruce Eder
