Stacked Like Pancakes - We're Not Insane (2011)

Instead of replicating the sounds of Reel Big Fish, Streetlight Manifesto, and Less than Jake, Stacked Like Pancakes made their own unique wave of ska. With a monstrous horn section and super-tight rhythm, SLP has become a ska band that plays everything.

Stacked Like Pancakes is a nine-member ska band from Baltimore, Maryland. Our instrumentation includes (but is not limited to) trombone, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, clarinet, two trumpets, bass, drums, guitar and vocals.

We call ourselves a ska band and we stay true to our inspiring roots. As we grow to become better musicians and performers and develop our own unique sound, we realize that our comfortableness with trying new things and experimenting with new sounds is what defines us. In short, we're a ska band that plays everything!

There are a lot of things we have planned for the future of SLP and we wish to get as many people involved as possible. Please take a minute or two to peruse through our website.
