Dr. Teeth's first full-length album, "Green Muscle Dynamite" defined a generation. No one is really sure who that generation was or exactly where they went. They never used an adverb successfully.

Once, long ago, there was a band formed in Texas. It started as a bad idea in an apartment on Avenue C. Four simple young men with an unslakeable thirst for things to drink thought that the combination of crowd-confusing funk full of dad-like pun-ny wordplay and 4-hour clothing-less sets in Memphis would change the world and the hyphens these ne'er-do-wells would thrust upon it. The future seemed bright for these run-on-sentenced, hyphenist, angry young men. Or so they dreamed. Unfortunately, the only thing these young men would change would be themselves. Literally. Soon, many changed into other young men who often looked like Mike Barton..... Some of these young men died in horrific sight-seeing accidents, some never actually existed, some were asked nicely to leave the stage, and even some young men turned into young women. These changing and disappearing young men were replaced by other young men, who, in turn, changed into fantastical mythical beasts like the flying badger-griffin or just moved to Los Angeles. All the remaining young men vowed never to speak of this band again. .... Years later, a horrible idea struck one of the last remaining young men. Perhaps the children of the original young men would be interested in this ancient band again, featuring Jason Bonham on drums. The young man shared this idea with no one, yet somehow the band still got a myspace page. There was still no talk of a band, but somehow four old men got together and rehearsed the young mens' tunes in the old ways. No one ever even invoked the name of the band except in whispered, harried tones. And some guys from Sherman and Gaah(n). .... The band was the nearly-infamous Dr. Teeth. There are apparently reunion plans in the works. It started as a bad idea in an apartment on Avenue C, and this bad idea will not be made better by the bad idea of getting this first bad idea together again. You know it cannot end well. Stay tuned for further warnings..... They say that on a chilly night in San Angelo you can still hear the sound of something dropping from a great height. .... ..
